Elderly, disabled / handicapped or just people with balance problems have for more than 50 years only had the option to choose either a heavy 3 or 4 wheeled mobility scooter which required a truck or mini bus with a ramp, if you had to bring it with you. 100 - 150 kg scooters, hard to transport or store
